The clientele will be everyone, from young and ambitious students to old ladies who love cats. You will have a number of tasks to complete, which must be completed just in time, taking into account all the client's wishes. Before you rent your place, study it thoroughly, with the possibility to make your own changes that will surely please the tenant. You'll start your career in the most ordinary slum apartments, passing tests, solving difficult problems, and finding your way out of difficult situations, then bravely go to penthouses and luxurious mansions. Closely monitor the growth of real estate prices in order to catch bargains in time, thus earning large sums of money. Invest what you earn into your business to modify and expand it.
